Does any version of Microsoft PowerPoint for Mac OS export tagged PDF for accessibility?

Microsoft PowerPoint for MS Windows can export presentations (both in the old PPT and the newer PPTX format) to “tagged” PDF. This requires that the user checks the “tagged PDF” option or something similar (e.g. “Best for online distribution and accessibility”) in the export dialog. “Tagged PDF” is the informal name for those features in the PDF standard that make PDF documents accessible for people with disabilities.

A function for exporting tagged PDF also exists in LibreOffice, although it does not work well for PPTX. (PPT and ODP are fine.)

However, I have not been able to find evidence (online) that such an option exists in Microsoft PowerPoint for Mac OS. The features seems to be available in Word 2016 for Mac OS (see Tagged PDF on a Mac at Penn State Uni and this Microsoft Community thread from 2017).

So my question is whether any version of Microsoft PowerPoint for Mac OS provides an option for exporting tagged PDF for accessibility. If this is not the case, Mac OS users will probably need to export PPTX to PPT in PowerPoint and then use LibreOffice Impress to convert the PPT to tagged PDF.

Service gets JSON error

I am using services module and when I tried to access API service on browser, it results an empty page with below error

'SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data'.

When I take log messages, it shows below error

ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function _my_service_index(), 1 passed in /drupal7/sites/all/modules/custom/services/includes/ on line 207 and exactly 2 expected in _my_service_index()

Please see below information on versions

Drupal version – 7.59

PHP Version – 7.1.8

I hope the issue is with the Services module 7.x-3.20, the info file says core = 7.x and php = 5.x. I am not sure whether this module is compatible with PHP 7.1.8 and I didn’t get services module with new updates.

Can anyone help me on this? Thanks.

Leaving first-level tab selected when clicking on a subtab

I have a menu like the following defined in

mymodule.page_memos: title: 'List of memos' description: 'View list of memos' route_name: view.document_list.page_1 route_parameters: { doctype: 'memo' } menu_name: main weight: 100 mymodule.page_letters: title: 'List of letters' description: 'View list of letters' route_name: view.document_list.page_1 route_parameters: { doctype: 'letter' } menu_name: main weight: 200 mymodule.page_notes: title: 'List of notes' description: 'View list of notes' route_name: view.document_list.page_1 route_parameters: { doctype: 'note' } menu_name: main weight: 300

and then a list of tasks defined in mymodule.links.task.yml:

mymodule.document_list: title: 'List of documents' description: "View full list of documents" route_name: view.document_list.page_1 base_route: view.document_list.page_1 weight: 10 mymodule.create_doc_by_type: title: 'New document' description: 'Insert new document' route_name: mymodule.create_doc_by_type base_route: view.document_list.page_1 weight: 20

Everything work as expected, with three tabs in the main menu and two tabs in the task (they will soon become more). There is only a small visual glitch: when I click on tabs in the main menu, the last one clicked is correctly marked as active; when I click on tabs on the task menu, only the first one is ever marked as active. I am sure this has to be something really minor, but I really don’t know how to search for a solution.

Windows 2000 on Compaq Presario says no audio devices are installed

I was given a very old Compaq Presario laptop and asked to make it usable. It had Windows XP and a lot of viruses; the audio was horrible, with too much noise in output.

I had a Windows 2000 Installation CD, hence decided to wipe out the hard disk and install Windows 2000. I planned to copy over lots of MP3 content and very old videos with VLC 1.1.11 installed. If the audio was still bad, I would attach some external speakers.

Installation of Windows 2000 went well, VLC 1.1.11 also got installed.
Now when I tried playing some MIDI content, VLC threw error about some Entry Point not found in kernel32.dll (I will try to fix this by trying out VLC 0.9.9, but this Post is not about that)
I tried Windows Media Player and it said “no audio devices are installed”

What could be the problem ?
How do I troubleshoot it ?
In case this is a software Issue, how do I get the appropriate Drivers for the sound card ?
In case this is a hardware Issue, Is there any way out ?
