Domain Ghosted on Mobile

I’ve had my domain and ecommerce shop,, since 2007. We also sold on Amazon, ebay a little, and Etsy since 2005. Since the pandemic started business took a big dive. Apparently we don’t wear makeup as much when we stay home or wear a mask.

So, we decided to shut down our shopify store and just sell on Etsy. I redirected our domain to our etsy shop URL, and redirected all of our shopping categories to our Etsy shopping categories. Thought that would do the trick. HOWEVER…HUGE ISSUE HERE….

When people just type in LA Minerals on Mobile just our social media comes up in search results, whereas before our ecommerce store came up in results. On a PC…our Etsy shop is first in results. (and I don’t know if that just because were cookied or if its that way for everyone. Maybe you could test that theory for me and type in LA Minerals on your pc and mobile? )

Domain is listed with bluehost and the only thing they could come up with is to advertise our domain on Google so we’d come up first in results and have the url lead to etsy.

An alternative I just thought of today is to use as a landing page for those that type in "LA Minerals" and have some info and a big SHOP NOW button that leads to etsy.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Website not showing mobile version properly – randomly shows desktop version!

Our website here does not show properly on mobile phones much of the time. I have spent many hours trying to fix the issue to no avail.

We’re using a plugin called WPtouch to show a responsive mobile version of the blog. It used to work fine for years. However, in recent months, quite often when I visit the blog on a mobile device it shows the desktop version. This is very detrimental as the text on the site is miniscule and impossible to read.

We’re also using Cloudflare CDN and Swift Performance Lite to try to speed up the site. We’ve tried to clear / purge this CDN and cache regularly, as well as that of the browsers we use on the mobiles we test on. Quite often after we do it starts to show the mobile version of the site, but then reverts to showing the desktop version even on mobiles.

The thing that’s making me tear my hair out is it switches between the mobile and desktop versions on the same mobile phone in the same browser while surfing the site seemingly randomly (which leads me to believe it’s probably not a CDN or cache issue).

Is there anything I may do to finally fix this confusing issue please?

Thanks in advance!

internal server error – error 500

I have just completed a project and i am faced with this issue of error 500 (internal server error). On click of the login button the server is unable to find the php file with the login script.
However i have uploaded the same project onto another server but surprisingly everything works fine on the other server.

What could be the problem and how do i solve it?

Thank you.
