Connect to a specific port via vpn (HideMyAss) [on hold]

I setup a camera stream on port 8081 on my Raspberry Pi.

Running the HideMyAss vpn script I get a public IP address for port 8081. I believe the Pi is listening on port 8081 for all addresses, yet I cannot connect to the stream using the HMA IP and port.

I am not sure what I am missing here. How do I connect to the service on port 8081 via the given IP address?
