I’m 5’3, 127 lbs (overweight, I know). I have 36” bust, 35.5” hips, and a 28” waist. If I lose 2 inches off my waist and gain 1/2 an inch on my hips, I’ll have the exact figure of Scarlett Johansson. I do 45 minutes of cardio and 30mins of weights 4-5 days a week, and eat about 1200 calories a day, but I’m not losing weight. I don’t want to cut my calories any further, at risk of relapsing into my ED, and don’t have much more free time to add in more exercise. I just want to healthily lose those 2 inches. Any tips?
