Divergence between direct and paid traffic conversions

I’m from Brazil.
In the site data of a customer who sells car miniatures it appears that sales occur as direct access, but I am suspicious of the data crossing that most direct sales actually do for paid traffic.

Does anyone have reports that this may be occurring in other Google Analytics accounts?
