Outputs to:

 ConditionalExpression[(          rb roh (-Sqrt[(1/rb)] Sqrt[-rb] EllipticE[rb^2/roh^2] +              I EllipticE[ArcSin[roh/rb], rb^2/roh^2]))/Abs[rb], rb + roh >= 0]
