Fourier transform of a Gaussian wave packet in position representation to momentum representation

I am Studying Gaussian wave packets in J.J Sakurai’s Quantum Mechanics, I stuck here , I don’t know to evaluate this integral

$ \int_{\mathbf -\infty}^\infty exp\Biggl({\mathbf -ipx\over h }+ikx-{x^2\over 2d^2}\Biggr)dx$ ,

Where K,h,p,d are constants and

$ i=\sqrt{-1}$

Please help me to move more
