How can i remove the title bar on Ubuntu 19.04

I’ve tried

  • pixel-saver
  • Unite
  • No Title bar
  • Gnome Global Application Menu(HUD Gnome)

extensions None of them work on Ubuntu 19.04 and the title bar is really annoying. Are there any solutions that i could remove it or merge it with top bar?

also I’ve looked through here and here and here and here and more with no luck
