How to print contact email in the receipt email?

I’ve got a question regarding receipt emails.

I saw the doc about customization of receipt emails espacially the available theme_hooks.

I’ll need to get the contact info (email) in the receipt email. I tried different things but none of thoose worked.

Is there any way to get this info printed in the receipt mail ?
