I have problem installing kubuntu-18.04 dual boot with Windows 10 pro

enter image description here I have disabled secure boot. When I boot with the USB drive containing the distribution, I get the error message in the picture and the screen becomes blank. My computer is an all in one desktop running Windows ten pro. What is the problem?
