I’ve recently read about the tool mysqlpump and wanted to make use of it’s parallel processing feature. I’m currently running Mariadb-server 10.1 on Debian 9.
But https://mariadb.com/kb/en/library/backup-and-restore-overview/ doesn’t mention mysqlpump as an backup option.
Can I use it anyway or is there another possibility to perform parallel backups? Our database currently uses about 180 GB and mysqldump was painly slow at dumping this.
