Choosing a specific future date using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Advanced Search

Is it possible to use the advanced filter to select a specific future date, dynamically? For example if I want to return all data with a "date" field populated for 30 days from today, but no data from before or after that? From what I am seeing the only filter option similar is "Next X Days" but it’s inclusive of all days to that point.

Adding Tracking Details for Advanced Shipment Tracking Plugin without order details in complete order email

I am using Advanced Shipment Tracking plugin from Zorem and I want to include only tracking information in complete order email without order details but I can not separate them while editing "astra/woocommerce/emails/customer-completed-order.php." but they both are under the action " do_action( ‘woocommerce_email_order_details’, $ order, $ sent_to_admin, $ plain_text, $ email );" I wanted to know how can I just keep the tracking info without order details. Thanks

Might have found a “Rare” edition of Advanced Dungeons & Dragons?

I found this hard cover book and wasn’t really sure on what it was. So I called a friend and he said it was "a rare edition" and that I could get quite a bit of money out of it.

Front Cover Inside Cover

the back cover and the inside are printed with the following:

Over 350 Monsters This book provides a complete alphabetical listing of all "monsters" encountered in the various works which comprise the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons game system. It is an invaluable aid to players and dungeon masters alike!

Are alchemist’s tools required for Infused Reagents & Advanced Alchemy?

The Pathfinder 2 alchemist gets the Advanced Alchemy feature, which lets them spend their daily Infused Reagents resource to create alchemical items. The class description suggests that alchemist’s tools are involved with this process. However, neither the Infused Reagents feature nor the Advanced Alchemy feature mention that alchemist’s tools are required.

Infused Reagents

You infuse reagents with your own alchemical essence, allowing you to create alchemical items at no cost. Each day during your daily preparations, you gain a number of batches of infused reagents…

Advanced Alchemy

During your daily preparations, after producing new infused reagents, you can spend batches of those infused reagents to create infused alchemical items. You don’t need to attempt a Crafting check to do this…

Searching through the Core Rulebook, the only mentions of alchemist’s tools are:

  • pg 72: Quick Alchemy, a different alchemist feature that consumes infused reagents
  • pg 81: Improbable Elixirs, an 18th level alchemist feat
  • pg 245 & 480: the Identify Alchemy action (no reference to the alchemist class)
  • pg 287-289: Alchemist’s Tools listing in the "Gear" section (no reference to the alchemist class)
  • pg 445: The definition of "Item bonus" uses alchemist’s tools as an example.

The first printing errata does not address this, although it mentions a new weight and price for alchemist’s tools.

Does an alchemist (or a non-alchemist with the alchemist archetype) actually need alchemist’s tools to use Infused Reagents or Advanced Alchemy? Or can they make their daily preparations via Advanced Alchemy without using alchemist’s tools?

Tangentially related: Can alchemists prepare alchemical items without reading their formula book?

Wpcasa advanced search customization

Could you please help me with php advanced search customization – plugin WPcasa – real estate? I am a web designer, just started to dig to php and I am lost. I would love to change this filter option – public function get_advanced_search_fields( $ fields_default ) {

    // Set advanced form fields          $  fields_advanced = array(          'min' => array(             'label'         => __( 'Price (min)', 'wpcasa-advanced-search' ),             'key'           => '_price',             'type'          => 'text',             'data_compare'  => '>=',             'data_type'     => 'numeric',             'advanced'      => true,             'class'         => 'width-1-4',             'priority'      => 90         ),          'max' => array(             'label'         => __( 'Price (max)', 'wpcasa-advanced-search' ),             'key'           => '_price',             'type'          => 'text',             'data_compare'  => '<=',             'data_type'     => 'numeric',             'advanced'      => true,             'class'         => 'width-1-4',             'priority'      => 100

to the option 1) where you have just one field Price – dropdown with options like 100k-200k, 200k -300k and the result would be listings with properties in this price range, or option 2) save the min max , but also have there a dropdown with some values like min: 100k, 200k etc, max: 200k,3000k etc wiith the same result.

Thanks so much guys!

What are some advanced background topics I’ll need for distributed systems and networks research?

I am a new graduate student in Computer Science who would like to be able to read and understand modern and new distributed systems research papers. My current background / courses and understanding is in the level of undergraduate and beginner graduate level courses in:

  • Networks (TCP/IP stack and applications)
  • Distributed Systems (Graduate level course with Time (logical/vector clocks), 2PC and 3PC, Multicast and membership, election, Consistency , Consensus and Quorums (Paxos), DHTs and Overlays and some modern applications like ZooKeeper etc)
  • Undergraduate Algorithms, Discrete Mathematics and Theory of Computation (basic DFA/NFA and intro to Turing Machines with no rigorous mathematics)

However, I find this background insufficient to read modern research in networks and distributed systems and in particular, I am not aware of modern protocols like QUIC and the formal methods mentioned in the papers which I believe include some sort of model checking and the likes. Also many of the topics I have mentioned above in distributed systems – I lack the background to verify and prove correctness of these protocols and even follow the proofs that they have given.

Any suggestions on a reading list that can prepare me to be in a position to understand modern research in this area would be very helpful.

Advanced attacks and courses in XSS, where can I find it?

Taking one of my last real courses before my master thesis now and it is in network security. Found XSS to be really fun to study so I decided to base my project on it. However, I have a real hard time to find “advanced” resources online. I have read papers on our library but most of them talk About XSS and Why it is bad and then a Very specific topic that they focus 10 pages on. I just want to really understand how to find these vulnerabilities (by hand or tools) and what can be done when I find one (for example a BeEF hook and similar stuff).

Where can I find courses/information like this?

Querying in Advanced REST client in Chrome [closed]

Please tell me how you can form a request in the Advanced REST client in Chrome

for example, when you go to this address, a news page opens; how can I see which request is sent when I enter text in the search bar?

And please tell me how, through the Advanced REST client, make a request that searches for news on the phrase “flight”, while giving 20 news? through json request to do? Which json to enter?

If the Lorenz cipher machine was so much more advanced than the Enigma, how was it broken without having a physical machine?

The Enigma was commercially available before the war, and even during the war, they got their hands on “live” such machines, heavily helping them in breaking the encryption used by the Germans.

The Lorenz was said to be much more secure, required mains power, was much bigger and heavier, and they never got a single “specimen” to look at. Yet they somehow “deduced its inner workings” without having ever seen one, well before the end of the war.

How is this possible? How could this highly complicated machine be reverse-engineered remotely with nothing to go by except the encrypted messages? I fundamentally don’t understand this.

I know that very simple ciphers can be determined by checking how often patterns repeat over time, which helps the attacker because they can tell which letters these correspond to, but this simple technique seems to fall apart completely once it’s anything but the simplest form of cipher. This massive electro-mechanical machine, made specifically to be secure and superior to the cheap and affordable Enigma, ought to have been utterly impossible to break.

I really don’t get it. I “get” how somebody much smarter than I can calculate the math and physics to get a rocket to fly out in space, even though I couldn’t do it myself, but breaking these cipher machines without even having a physical machine to look at… it frankly seems impossible. Almost as if they had access to some kind of supernatural “black magic”.
