Does enlarging a character with a reach weapon affect his threat range?

In the PHB on page 147 about reach weapons:

Reach. This weapon adds 5 feet to your reach when you attack with it, as well as when determining your reach for opportunity attacks with it.

In the PHB on page 237 about the Enlarge/Reduce spell:

Enlarge: The target’s size doubles in all dimensions, and its weight is multiplied by eight. This growth increases its size by one category—from Medium to Large, for example. If there isn’t enough room for the target to double its size, the creature or object attains the maximum possible size in the space available. Until the spell ends, the target also has advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws. The target’s weapons also grow to match its new size. While these weapons are enlarged, the target’s attacks with them deal 1d4 extra damage.

Even if it’s not specifically stated in the rules and it might lead to making the spell that much powerful (especially with the Sentinel feat) I find it unreasonable to tell my players that an enlarged glaive doubles it’s dimensions but not it’s physical properties like reach.

enlarging pane in tmux (C-b z) kills a pytest run

Is there a reason for my local pytest run to die right after I Ctrl-b z? Is there a signal that is sent and not catched by the tmux server and thus, somehow killing my pytest? (I think running the pytest in a non-tmux terminal, Ctrl-b z won’t do a thing though I couldn’t confirm that yet)

The same happens when trying to resize a pane (i.e. Ctrl-b Press-Down-Arrow)

Can you reduce yourself, crawl into the Tarrasque’s airway, and try to collapse its lung by enlarging inside of it?

A player tried to use the spell enlarge/reduce on his PC while in the mouth of the Tarrasque to shrink himself, then go deeper into its airway and to try to collapse its lung by enlarging himself inside of it. I imagine there’s no real rule for this but I felt silly just denying it, because it seemed like a cool idea that you could only probably do with a creature as large as the Tarrasque.

Can you crawl into a gargantuan creature’s mouth or into its airway via reduce/enlarge and attack its brain or internal organs?
