How to chain unix commands in jupyter notebooks while on windows 10?

My Os is windows 10 and I am using a jupyter notebook from anaconda prompt.

When I type !pwd it works, When I type !ls -l it works, But when I want to chain the commands and output them to an output file e.g. !(pwd; ls-l) > out.txt it says: “pwd: unknown option — l Try ‘pwd –help’ for more information.”

Does anyone know how to chain these commands and output them to a file?

Thank you in advance

Importing a python file into JupyterLab which was exported from another Jupyter Notebook

I have a JupyterLab Notebook. It has been exported as a python file. Now, I need to import the saved python file again into the JupyterLab with the same codeblocks.

Is it possible to do that?

I am doing this because the developers are sharing this Notebook for analysis. Is there a way of sharing through git? I found the jupyterlab-git extension. However, it isn’t supported for Python2.

Is there anyway to do that?

C:\Users\User>jupyter notebook Traceback (most recent call last): File "C:\Users\User\Anaconda3\Scripts\", line 10, in <module> sys.exit(main()) File "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python37\site-packages\jupyter_core\", line 230, in main command = _jupyter_abspath(subcommand) File "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Python\Python37\site-packages\jupyter_core\", line 133, in _jupyter_abspath 'Jupyter command `{}` not found.'.format(jupyter_subcommand) Exception: Jupyter command `jupyter-notebook` not found.

Как можно вернуть ноутбук? ОС – Windows10.

AWS CloudFormation Template for Jupyter

When reading the instructions for setting up a CloudFormation Template in Creating and Using a Jupyter Instance on AWS, I find the following modification difficult.

"AWSRegionArch2AMI" : {   "ap-southeast-2" : {"HVM64" : "ami-58facb3b", "HVMG2" : "ami-6cfdcc0f"} }

I’ve set up an AMI running on Amazon Linux 2 with instance type “c5d.2xlarge”. Which HVM (HVM64, HVMG2, HVMP2) should be chosen?

I’ve read How do I specify in an AWS Cloudformation template that my t1.micro instances are 64-bit architecture, and I’ve tried searching the sample CloudFormation template in the linked PDF, but there’s no c5d.2xlarge in AWSInstanceType2Arch. The official docs simply say that it’s related to the AMI’s architechture without further explanations.

When I enter %matplotlib inline in jupyter notebook it shows error [WinError 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application

I use Jupyter notebook. And in need %matplotlib inline so I can plot some functions. It showed this mistake [WinError 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application. I have fixed paths in Environment Variables. Reinstalled Anaconda Navigator. Nothing helps and I need to fix the issue ASAP.
