Create Magic Tattoo (SC p55) looks like a great spell, but it is very pricy at 100gp per casting. Is there a way to avoid/reduce the cost?
The solution should be official, at least from Dragon magazine.
I am interested in things available at level 7, and costing less than 3000gp.
When a player loses a level due to paying an xp cost to either cast a spell or create an item, could this level be brought back through the use of a restoration spell?

Paying several hundred dollars to open and close a lightning channel seems uneconomical. This is a common argument against lightning by big blockers, I’m yet to read a valid argument against this.
I have an Eventbrite event and PayPal payment method. Some clients (and myself on one of my computers) have trouble: when they want to pay by card on Eventbrite and they click the Mastercard or VISA icon, they are redirected to PayPal page which requires login, instead of to PayPal guest checkout which allows direct card payment. Normally the guest checkout works, but sometimes (possibly for users that have been logged to PayPal previously) this problem occurs.
I found a workaround, that if I open the Eventbrite page in browser Private window, which removes any cookie and history context, it works and suddenly PayPal guest checkout works. But this is not the solution for the clients.
I followed these instructions to allow PayPal guest checkout to set in my PayPal business account (the one linked to the Eventbrite page, i.e., the one which collects money from the tickets) the option “PayPal account optional” to “On”, but it was already enabled and still this problem occurred.
So far I've only located a few high paying affiliate programs that are worth looking at. I must be able to make $ 500 or more per sale. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
P.S. I'm not looking to promote a $ 1997 scam.
