Questionnaire based product filter / finder

I have products in my woocommerce store, i want to ask a set of few questions to the user, and the on the user input the respective products should show up in the page.

I have followed this guide, but stuck at,

  1. Each time a users submits the questionnaire, we’ll have to loop through the answers provided by a shopper and save them in an array. We have to use the gform_after_submission hook here.

  2. We have to then query WooCommerce products which include the attributes selected and list them.

Magento 2 Error: Product disappeared on frontend, one store view only

We are having a weird problem since some days after the shop running for months without trouble.

On one day (only thing we did were some backup-operations on the database which might have caused this), – suddenly all product disappeared on frontend, showing “Wir können keine Produkte entsprechend dieser Auswahl finden”, “we could not find any products for this selection”. – This happened on the default store view, german – the other store views, french and english are not affected

When we open and save on product in backend, it sometimes shows up in front-end for some seconds. However, they disappear again with each indexer run.

Another point: After resignating yesterday evening, the products “just” have been back this morning. I don’t know what indexer run made them disappear some time later.

Magento 2.1.13, managed server

Anyone has an idea or help for this issue -and probably broken database?

What we did until now: – reindexed many times, cleared and flushed cache – saved many products in top- and store view – saved category in top- and store view – deleted the flat tables in database, reindexed

No effect on all.

What we did not do until now is setup:upgrade and rebuild the production static files because we are experiencing a php-problem on the development site on the same server. We want to avoid that we could end up with a non-productive site after that due to the php problem.

I've been getting some emails from a guy calling himself Hooman.

His product is called "Zero To App – The A to Z Guide of Building and Publishing Profitable Mobile Apps Without Any Programming"

Does anyone actually know anything about this product? I've been looking around for some reviews – nothing so far.

I'm also wondering if there's a catch (an upsell) and if its worth anything.

His promo page is

Magento REST API Post Product and Category without “Sorting” parameter

I need to POST products with their category number, but without their sorting because I dont want to change the sorting via API.

{"product": {     "id": 1234,     "sku": "2345",     "name": "Nice Product",     "extension_attributes": {         "website_ids": [1],         "category_links": [{             "position": 11,             "category_id": "123"         }]     }} }

As soon as I take our the sorting I get an error.

Filter cross sell list by product it belongs to

I have extended the core cross sell functionality in order to add a custom product relation at the cart. I’m trying to output it a little differently, however, as i want to append these products to each product in the cart’s table row. This means I need to modify the cart item renderer to output the relevant products (which I’ve done), but what seems like the tricky part to me is how to only get the cross-sells for the product currently being rendered, rather than all the cross-sells.

So in my custom block, I override the core _getCollection method to get my custom relation, but it just gets all cross-sells – how would I best go about getting the products only for the current cart item?

Grateful for any pointers in the right direction (a frontender trying to do some backend work 🙂 )

protected function _getCollection() {      var_dump(Mage::registry(('current_product'))); // is null - was wishful thinking that I could use this     var_dump($  this->getData(''));      $  collection = Mage::getModel('catalog/product_link')         ->useCustomLinks()         ->getProductCollection()         ->setStoreId(Mage::app()->getStore()->getId())         ->addStoreFilter()         ->setPageSize(1);      $  this->_addProductAttributesAndPrices($  collection);      Mage::getSingleton('catalog/product_status')->addSaleableFilterToCollection($  collection);     Mage::getSingleton('catalog/product_visibility')->addVisibleInCatalogFilterToCollection($  collection);     Mage::getSingleton('cataloginventory/stock')->addInStockFilterToCollection($  collection);      return $  collection; }

How to separate WooCommerce category and product page for showcase and shop?

I want to separate WooCommerce category and product page for showcase and shop without create double products and category.

I set /category/ in permalink settings for showcase,

Ex. /category/male /category/female

where male/female WooCommerce product category

Now I want separate shop with url like this,

/shop/male /shop/female

with same product category

Does it possible without create duplicate category?

If anyone has any advice that would be greatly appreciated.
