Magento 2.3.1 – Single Install – Multi Website, Store & Currency – Dashboard not showing sale amounts

I’m running a single install multi website multi currency website.

For example

The base website and store is US with currency set to $

Website – US | Store – US | View – XYZ US | Currency – $

Website – Singapore | Store – SG | View – XYZ Singapore | Currency – S$

Website – Japan | Store – JP | View – XYZ Japan | Currency – ¥

Website – UK | Store – UK | View – XYZ UK | Currency – £

However the dashboard when set to “All Store Views” doesn’t show any sales amounts even though orders a shown. As below.

Here the

  • first order is in S$ (Singapore Store)
  • second order is in Yen (Japan store)
  • third store is in £ (UK Store)

I’m not sure if this is a bug in magento 2.3.1 or if there is some setting that I’ve failed to set that’s causing this issue.

Tax subtotal excluding from sale price although settings are not

I have running Magento on PHP5

for some weird reason, tax is acting weird on checkout and cart, first prices are displaying as normal, then on the subtotal, tax is deducted from selling price, and then it adds taxes again, so the total amount is finally the original selling price, instead of price + tax. enter image description here Settings seems to be right, prices are supposed to be excluding taxes, i attached screens of both, checkout and settings, i’ve read somewhere that there is a bug, but with PHP7, and i have 5.5

Magento – Coupon – set condition calculate cart total on non sale items?

I’ve a client with a request for a coupon that seems to have hit a restriction in what magento can actually do.

We have products that are normal price and ‘special price’/sale items.

The coupon needs a condition where it will only work if there is more than $ 99 in the cart of ‘non sale products’ / so standard products only.

However I cannot work out how to set a condition to do that. It seems the cart total ‘condition attribute’ cant be set to only count ‘normal price items’ and ignore special price products when calculating the total.

The problem is, people are able to put a normal product ($ 70.00) in their cart and then perhaps add a sale item that is listed at sale price ($ 50 / normal price $ 80)

This takes their cart total to : $ 120, with the current condition set, the condition is valid as the cart is over $ 99 requirement.

The problem is, the cart is ‘not’ over $ 99 of normal product total, its only $ 70.

How can I set it so the cart total is calculated on standard items only?
