What are all the ways that stacking resistance becomes immunity by RAW?

In this supplement for Rise of Tiamat, on page 4, the properties of the "dragon mask" magic items are described, including this property (bold emphasis mine:

Damage Absorption. You have resistance against the mask’s damage type. If you already have resistance to that damage type from another source, you instead have immunity to that damage type. If you already have immunity to that damage type from another source, whenever you are subjected to damage of that type, you take none of that damage and regain a number of hit points equal to half the damage dealt of that type.

Off the top of my head, I cannot think of any other feature, be it class feature, racial feature or magic item, that allows multiple forms of resistance to stack and become immunity to either a damage type or a condition. Is this a unique feature of the dragon masks (I’m not so interested in the absorption part, just the stacking resistances), or are there are features or magic items RAW that allow stacked resistances to become immunity?

Enhancement bonuses to armour and natural armour stacking

The Ironskin spell states as follows (emphasis mine):

You gain a +4 enhancement bonus to your existing natural armor bonus (if you do not have a natural armor bonus, you are considered to have an effective natural armor bonus of +0). This enhancement bonus increases by 1 for every 4 caster levels above 4th, to a maximum of +7 at 15th level.

I have a Full Plate armour with a +5 enhancement bonus, and no dex bonus. At caster level 20, what would my AC be? Specifically, does the enhancement bonus to natural armour stack with the enhancement bonus of the full plate armour?

  1. 10 + 9 (plate) +5 (armour enhancement bonus) +7 (natural armour enhancement bonus) = 31 (with stacking)
  2. 10 + 9 (plate) + 7 (natural armour enhancement bonus) = 26 (without stacking)

Armor stacking and the Armorer Artificer

If I’m a Armorer Artificer with my power armor in Infiltrator Mode (the armor’s weight is negligible, and it’s formfitting and wearable under clothing) and infused with the Enhanced Defense infusion (+1 or +2 to AC depending upon level), can I then don a +3 set of plate armor and if I do what’s my AC?

Would other infusions from the under-armor work normally?

How can we confidently say that stacking Reach Spell, Persistent Spell, and Ocular Spell lets you persist almost any spell?

I’ve recently been reading up on the finer details of The Twice-Betrayer of Shar and found that there exists an objection to whether or not it can Persist the spells that it claims to be able to. This has lead me to read further in to how the build’s tricks for persisting spells works.

As I understand it, the central premise of the build is that the correct permutations of Reach Spell, Persistent Spell, and Ocular Spell should let you persist “just about every spell on the books“. However, I’m unsure of how such a strong claim can be made. Reach Spell only works on touch spells, Persistent Spell only works on spells with “a fixed or personal range“, and Ocular Spell only works on “ray spells and spells with a target other than personal“. This game has so many of different descriptors for spells that I find it impossible to believe that these three metamagic feats are enough to let you persist almost anything.

So what have I missed? How can it confidently be said that this combination lets you persist almost anything, when there’s so many different types of spell in the game? Have I overlooked some qualifier?

A question regarding the stacking of temporary HP

Right now I am playing a Mystic (UA), and I have chosen the Order of the Immortal as my discipline. One of the abilities I have acquired gives me 5 temporary hit points at the start of my turn, as my intelligence is a 20.

If I have gained temporary HP in one turn and I haven’t been hit, do I continue gaining the HP or do I have to expend the Temporary HP before gaining more?

Order of the Dragon Aid Allies Bonus stacking

The Order of the Dragon gives an Aid Allies ability that states

At 2nd level, whenever an order of the dragon cavalier uses the aid another action to assist one of his allies, the ally receives a +3 bonus to his armor class, attack roll, saving throw, or skill check. At 8th level, and every six levels thereafter, this bonus increases by an additional +1.

Does this +3 replace, or add onto the +2 provided from Aid another?

I have read a lot of debate over this on various forums. I am looking for a more officially supported ruling from the source material if possible. If not, what are the early and late game balance implications of allowing them to stack given feats like Bodyguard, that let you provide this bonus as an AOO multiple times per turn, or with Ally Shield, which would let you redirect the attack to an ally, and then as an aoo provide them that bonus.

Disciple of Life and Blessed Healer stacking

A 6th-level life cleric has the following abilities:

Disciple of Life

[S]tarting at 1st Level, your Healing Spells are more effective. Whenever you use a spell of 1st Level or higher to Restore Hit Points to a creature, the creature regains additional Hit Points equal to 2 + the spell’s level.

and

Blessed Healer

Beginning at 6th level, the Healing Spells you cast on others heal you as well. When you Cast a Spell of 1st Level or higher that restores Hit Points to a creature other than you, you regain Hit Points equal to 2 + the spell’s level.

Suppose I, a life cleric with a Wisdom modifier of +3, cast Mass Healing Word at 3rd level, which heals 1d4+3 hit points to multiple creatures. If I include both myself and another creature in the spell, how many hit points would I heal? Would I gain the benefits from both Disciple of Life and Blessed Healer?
