Home page only visible for some viewers

we created a website for a client. When we enter the URL, it loads to the home page no problem for us and several other testers, but a bunch of other users are reporting getting the old holding page. Those users can see all the other pages on the website, but not the home page. url: www.sally-denton.com Any clues? We’ve tried getting them to clear caches and use different search engines but all they’re getting is a contact form instead of the correct home page.

Acrobat PDF loses interactivity in native mobile viewers – what to do?

I created an interactive PDF in Acrobat with footnote links and back buttons for figures referenced in the text. It’s on my site as a download and it works fine when downloaded to desktop but when downloaded to a mobile device the links and back buttons no longer work. I’ve read that native mobile pdf viewers don’t render interactive elements very well if at all but I was wondering if anyone knows of a workaround for this?

SharePoint Online – Viewers – Access denied on lists

I have an issue with my root SharePoint Online site. This is 2013 user experience. While testing permissions, non-owners are not able to view any list except site pages. The test user gets access denied on any other lists/libraries. I’ve done extensive testing and the only way I can get the user to be able to see other lists is to elevate permissions to owner. I consider myself pretty savvy with SharePoint and permissions. This one has me stumped.

Things I’ve checked.

  1. Noticed that the “SHAREPOINT\system” account was missing from Owner group and re-added
  2. Granted “Read” directly to the test user
  3. Checked inheritance to ensure the test user has access to the list from permissions
  4. Ensured “Read” at the site collection level
  5. Double checked permissions at the list/document library level including creating a new document library and ensuring it inherits permissions.
  6. Checked default permission levels to ensure they haven’t been modified
  7. Stopped inheriting permissions on the list and added the user directly

Any thoughts?

Some digitally signed pdfs shown as verified in the pdf viewers while others are not

I have two pdf documents:

1 – My class 10 marksheet issued by the CISCE that I downloaded through digilocker.

2 – My Domicile certificate issued and downloaded from the aaplesarkar website.

Both documents are digitally signed, and show a green tick symbol when opened in Adobe Acrobat reader. But, when I the documents in a pdf viewer like Google Chrome on my PC or Pdf Viewer on my Android Phone, my marksheet shows a yellow question mark with the text “Signature Not Verified”

Signature Not Verified

while my domicile certificate shows a green tick with the text “Signature vaid”.
Signature Valid

Why is this so? Is there anything I can do so that my marksheet also shows a green tick when opened in a pdf viewer?

Thank you for your time.
