The Aims and Objectives of Paper Writing

The primary focus of writing is usually expressed in terms of aims and objectives. Many students find it very difficult to understand the difference between aims and objectives. Aim is what you are hoping to achieve. Aims are statements of intent. They are usually written in broad terms and they set out what you hope to achieve at the end of the project. Objective is the action you will take in order to achieve the aim. On the other hand, objective should be specific statements that define measurable outcomes like what steps will be taken to achieve the desired outcome. When writing the objectives, should try to use strong positive statements. Objective should be specific, measurable, achievable, and realistic and time constrained.
